Twenty-six clones were picked and sequenced after panning against IgG purified from sera of a child patient naturally infected with enteroaggregative Escherichia coli (EAEC). The binding reactivity of phage clone bearing NLSHPMLSKPWV was not determined. The binding reactivities of SYIPVTPHANGL, INTWNYPTANPH, SWQESLNVPAVL, VNNWESRSPPPG, HNNWSTHVVTLT and GLSALIADLSP to IgG used for library screening were as weak as control.
