Brief Description:

The phage library was incubated with Mab 1H2 (20 μg/mL). Bound phages were eluted by incubation with PBS containing 100 ng/mL BDE47. The panning procedures were then repeated twice, but the Mab concentrations of 10 and 5 μg/mL were used for the second and the third panning, respectively.
