Brief Description:

For positive selection, the phage library was digested overnight at 37°C by concentrations of t-PA varying from 10 to 100 μg/ml. The reaction mixture was then placed on ice, bovine serum albumin was added to 0.1%, and 100 μg of mAb 179 and 10 μg of mAb 3-E7 were added. After 30 min on ice, 100 μI of Pansorbin cells was added, and the reaction mixture was rotated at 4°C for 1 hr. The mixture was microcentrifuged for 2 min, and the supernatant was recovered to repeat the Pansorbin adsorption.
