Insertless phage served as negative control and defined αv integrin phage ligand served as positive control. Results are expressed as mean of triplicate wells relative to binding of insertless phage, which was set to 1. Phage input was e8 tu per well. Experiments were repeated 3 times with similar results. Data shown represented relative enrichment of phage ± SEM from triplicate platings and were reproduced from the graph. NT denotes not tested.
