Affinity Measurement Description:

Ten selected phages were verified by ELISA, and the absorbance at 450 nm was determined. Only one clone had an higheELISA OD value. Synthesized peptide P7 (GFSGHRLFDLSS) bound to the cell membrane of THP-1 cells as shown by immunofluorescence assay. The binding of the peptide P7 to THP-1 cells was blocked by CD13-specific monoclonal antibody WM15 at different levels.
