BiopanningDataSet Comments:

The peptide sequences WHRWPWLVSG and WHWWYWALDR were isolated from streptavidin biopanning, each at a frequency of 1 of 43 phages sequenced. Most importantly, WHWWXW phage have been isolated repeatedly in biopannings in which no streptavidin was used. The amino acid composition and the presence of the WHXW motif suggest that their phage were also plastic binders.
