Brief Description:

The cell were incubated for 1 h with the phage at 4°C. The tightly associated phage or internalized phage were recovered by hypotonic lysis of the cells in 30 mM Tris (pH 8) on ice for 30 min combined with brief vortexing. Clearing with autologous EBV-immortalized cell line was applied in rounds 6-10.
