Brief Description:

For the first three rounds of panning, the library was preadsorbed on BSA and panned on 2G12. The amplified eluent from the third round of panning was adsorbed on human Immunoglobulin G (huIgG). The non-binding phage was used as input for a fifth round of panning on 2G12 carried out in the presence of huIgG in the liquid phase. Peptides were selected after the library from round 5 was panned on Con A and the bound phages eluted by α-D-methylmannopyranoside.
