Affinity Measurement Description:

Affinities of gpl20-mimic phages to anti-HIV mAb 1001 were measured by ELISA. Absorbance at 490 nm was determined, reproduced from the graph and shown. Phage fUSE2 was used as the negative control (with A490 of 0.052). The positive control well was coated with 0.5 μg of gpl20 (with A490 of 0.801). The results show that phage obtained are able to capture the anti-HIV mAb 1001.
