Brief Description:

Two millilitre aliquot of a tosyl-activated M280 Dynabeads suspension were loaded with rabbit-anti-human IgE , and blocked with skim milk in PBS. Patient serum (600 μl) was diluted in 9.4 ml PBS with 0.05% Tween 20 and 0.1% skim milk, and incubated overnight at 4 ℃ with 200 μl coated beads suspension. In the second round, phages bound to the beads were eluted with Ara h 8.
