Eight phage clones were found to significantly inhibit the sensitization of LBP on LPS-induced TNF-α release in PBMC. These eight clones had no inhibitory activities on the reinforcement of LPS internalization by LBP, and their displayed peptides indicated the ability to inhibit the inflammatory effects of LBP.
