Brief Description:

The phage library was incubated with 911 human embryonic retinoblast cells for 1 hour at 4℃. Then medium containing unbound phage was removed and discarded. Finally, phage bound to cells were specifically eluted by the addition of FGF2 (in PBS) to each well with gentle agitation.
