Developability Similarity Network

Search-driven local neighborhood where antibodies are nodes and edges represent similarity across indexed developability assay families derived from comparable experimental averages.

Explore neighboring antibodies with related profiles across stability, hydrophobicity, self-association, expression, and monomer or aggregation behavior.

Similarity is computed from normalized family-level composites built from trusted DOTAD experimental averages. Displayed summary values below are observed assay averages rather than the normalized values used internally for neighbor ranking.

Network Construction Expand for details

Similarity is calculated from shared developability assay families, including stability, monomer or aggregation, hydrophobicity or surface, self-association, and expression or production when available.

Assay values are direction-aligned so that higher normalized values consistently indicate higher developability risk or a stronger property signal according to the family definition. Robust normalization is applied within comparable assay families, and only shared assay families are used for each pairwise comparison.

A coverage-aware penalty is applied to avoid over-interpreting pairs supported by very few shared measurements. Network edges represent developability similarity, not physical interaction or evolutionary relationship.

Node: one antibody entry with comparative developability tiers shown in the left summary panel.
Edge width and opacity: increase with higher developability similarity.
Profile support: number of shared indexed families used in the similarity calculation.

Comparative Developability Tiers

Tiers summarize each antibody relative to the DOTAD indexed cohort. They are shown for interpretation only; neighbor ranking still uses continuous normalized family features.
