DOTAD 2.0 data may be used for academic research, benchmarking, method development, and database reuse. Users should cite DOTAD and the relevant original data sources when using downloaded files or derived analyses.
To support reproducibility and backward compatibility, the original DOTAD 1.0 data package is retained in the Download Center. Users may choose DOTAD 1.0 when reproducing analyses based on the initial release or when maintaining legacy workflows. For new analyses, DOTAD 2.0 is recommended.
Some records are curated from literature, public databases, benchmark datasets, and supplementary files. DOTAD retains source-linked evidence and citation or source information when available.

Data reuse should follow the licenses and usage terms of the original sources. DOTAD-provided harmonized tables are released for academic and non-commercial research use unless otherwise specified.
