Interpretation notes
- The tools provide sequence-based or rule-based annotations for exploratory developability assessment.
- Liability flags, hydrophobicity patches, scorecards, and risk summaries are heuristic indicators.
- Tool outputs should not be interpreted as definitive experimental measurements.
- For publication or engineering decisions, combine DOTAD annotations with experimental validation and source-linked evidence.
The current antibody is shared across local DOTAD tools so you can move between sequence-level analyses without re-entering the same ID/name.

This unified summary aggregates precomputed numbering, liability, hydrophobic patch, and scorecard outputs for one DOTAD antibody.
This entry contains one available variable-domain chain in DOTAD, so the unified summary and overall score reflect that chain only.
Enter a DOTAD ID or antibody name to assemble a compact developability workbench across local sequence-based analyses.

AACDB Interface Viewer
AACDB is an antibody–antigen complex structure database with interface residue and interaction annotations.
Use it to inspect paratope/epitope residues, contact sites, and interaction types for structural interpretation.
Why it matters for DOTAD: when an entry has `has_structure=true` or a PDB/structure_id, AACDB helps you examine interface contacts and propose engineering sites.

TAP — Therapeutic Antibody Profiler
TAP evaluates antibody variable-domain sequences against therapeutic developability guidelines using structure-aware profiling.
Useful for quick external assessment of charge/hydrophobic patches, CDR length-related risk, and therapeutic-like developability context.
Why it matters for DOTAD: TAP offers an external therapeutic-reference lens that complements DOTAD's local heuristic flags when you want to compare a candidate against commonly used developability guidelines.

BioPhi
BioPhi is a platform for antibody humanness evaluation and humanization-oriented design.
Use BioPhi when the question is humanization strategy or human-likeness optimization, rather than general nativeness alone.
Why it matters for DOTAD: BioPhi adds a design-oriented view that is useful when a DOTAD sequence looks interesting experimentally but may still need humanness-aware optimization work.

CamSol
CamSol provides sequence- and structure-based solubility analysis for proteins and antibodies.
Useful for external evaluation of aggregation/solubility risk and complementary to DOTAD hydrophobicity-related tools.
Why it matters for DOTAD: CamSol gives a solubility-centered perspective that can help interpret whether DOTAD hydrophobic patch signals may deserve deeper formulation or aggregation follow-up.

SAbPred Toolbox
SAbPred is a broader antibody prediction toolbox portal developed by OPIG, bringing together numbering, modeling, humanness, and developability-related utilities.
Use it as a gateway to complementary antibody informatics workflows beyond the core DOTAD utilities, rather than as a single-purpose tool.
External link: opens SAbPred in a new tab.
AbNatiV
AbNatiV is a deep-learning-based nativeness assessment tool for antibodies and nanobodies.
Use AbNatiV when the question is sequence nativeness or repertoire-like character; unlike BioPhi, it is not primarily positioned as a humanization design workflow.
