The July 23, 2014 release offers the following new features: (Click here to download this version of the data )
The core data of the MimoDB database are mimotope sets and related information such as sequences, structures, targets, templates and libraries. Peptides are grouped into a mimotope set if they are from the same independent experiment. In the current release, 22,418 peptides grouped into 2,463 sets are collected from 1,167 published papers. Among the 22,418 peptides in MimoDB, 19,838 peptides appear only in one mimotope set; however, there are 1,001 peptides appearing in two or more mimotope sets for 2,580 times in total.

Target:
There are 1484 different targets in the current version of MimoDB. Besides 114 target with undetermined sources and 142 targets with no sources (such as cellulose, polystyrene, microplate, etc.), most of the targets are from Homo sapiens (Human) and Mus musculus (Mouse). The source of some targets are a hybrid of two ore more species.
