CROSSTCR is a manually curated resource for experimentally validated T cell receptor (TCR) cross-reactivity. It systematically organizes TCR-pMHC recognition events in which one TCR recognizes multiple antigens or one antigen is recognized by multiple TCRs, making these bidirectional relationships explicit and machine-readable.
The platform integrates paired TCR alpha/beta CDR3 sequences, peptide ligands, MHC restrictions, assay evidence, source annotations, and clinical context. Rule-based filtering, expert curation, and sequence- and structure-level validation help prioritize high-confidence records for mechanistic interpretation.
