The benchmark dataset contained 80 PD-L1 binding peptides as positive samples and 800 non-PD-L1 binding peptides as negative samples. We constructed two independent testing datasets, i.e., TestDataset_1 (30 PD-L1 binding peptides manually collected from peer-reviewed papers) and TestDataset_2 (221405 non-PD-L1 binding peptides from the remaining negative dataset (not for training)).
