SAROTUP Release Notes
These Release Notes cover what's new in a release, or known issues.
SAROTUP 3.1
Oct 1st, 2018
What's New
SAROTUP 3.1 contained seven tools, namely TUPScan, MimoSearch, MimoBlast, MimoScan, PhD7Faster, SABinder and PSBinder. We fixed several bugs and made MimoBlast return simple results. Now MimoBlast will not produce a report for each query peptide, and it will return only a result file containing all query peptides.
Known Issues
(1) On Windows platforms, you may get no results after finishing analysis. Rerunning the tool will work well.
(2) On Windows platforms, the graphical user interface tool will not give any response if the size of your dataset is very large. Please use the corresponding command-line version instead.

SAROTUP 1.0
Mar 21st, 2010
SAROTUP 1.0 contained only one tool, namely TUPScan. TUPScan was developed based on 23 TUP motifs, which included 12 motifs specific for the capturing agents, five motifs specific for the constant region of antibody, three motifs specific for the screening solid phase, two motifs specific for the contaminants in the target sample, and one confirmed PrTUP. SAROTUP can be used to scan, report and exclude possible target-unrelated peptides from biopanning results.
