The PepLib page provides a collection of links to toos developed by our lab for generating peptide libraries. At present, two of them are available. One is called iLib, which can generate a random peptide library with specific amino acid composition. Another is called iPlib, which is designed to generate a peptide library based amino acid composition or dipeptide composition.
