The ACVPICPred tool is a predictor used for forecasting the activity values of anti-coronavirus peptides.

Please note:
There are two options for using the tool:
1. In the text area, input peptide sequences (containing only natural amino acids). Each time, you can input one or more sequences. After inputting the sequences, select the virus type, experiment type, inhibition value type, and unit type.
2. For large datasets, predictions can be made by directly uploading a ".csv" file. Before uploading the file, download the template file and add data following the format.
