How to use SSH2.0 web service

  • Please input Fv fragment sequence in FASTA format or upload a .fasta file.Examples can be loaded by clicking the "Example".
  • Click "Predict" to submit your job.

Notice:

  • The heavy chain and light chain should be inputted respectively. If you have no knowledge about the variable domain. We provide a web-server AbRSA[1] for antibody numbering and variable domain delimiting.
  • The sequences only consist of heavy or light chains are allowed.
  • Please do not submit sequences through text box and file box simultaneously.
  • The ID of heavy chain and light chain in one antibody must be same. Otherwise they will be regarded as two antibodies.

The results are dispalyed in a table

  • Number: the serial number of the query sequence.
  • Name: the ID of the query sequence.
  • Length: the full length of the query sequence(heavy chain+ light chain).
  • Probability: this column represents the probability of the risk of hydrophobic interaction. The antibody will be predicted to have a high risk of hydrophobic interaction if the probability is 0.5 or higher.
  • Result: this column shows the prediction result."0" means the submitted antibody has low risk of hydrophobic interaction and "1" means the submitted antibody has high risk of hydrophobic interaction
  • Sometimes "Result" page reports "No matching records found" for the same inputting. Please try to refresh the page several times and submit your job again.
