  • The first column of the input file should be named "Gene" and contains gene symbols.

  • Gene symbols are as follows: SERPING1, SUCLG2, ACBD3, GALNT3, AKR1A1, ST6GAL1, NETO2, ZNF235, AIM2, YIPF6.

  • Starting from the second column are the expression values of each gene for different samples. Column names can be chosen arbitrarily.

  • Upload the file in CSV format, containing at least two columns.
