PDL1Binder

PD-L1 binding peptides are potential therapeutic agents for treating cancers. Computational models for identifying PD-L1 binding peptides can accelerate the discovery of these novel drug candidates. This study proposes the first support vector machine (SVM) based computational model for effectively predicting peptides targeting PD-L1, called PDL1Binder. As a freely available web service for discovering PD-L1 binding peptides, you are welcome to use PDL1Binder in your work.
