The AGODB database is free. Its content and tool(s) can be accessed without any limitation and registration. All data in the database has also been exported in xml files. To provide a non-redundant Ago protein dataset, we utilized the CD-HIT tool to remove redundant sequences with a sequence identity cutoff of 80%.
