The overall structure of our database

PepQSAR are divided into three parts as amino acid descriptors, bioactive peptides and QSAR models. Each part offers a choice to search and download relative data.

Website Building process

There are 261 QSAR models established by 80 different descriptors and 2583 peptides (from 31 peptide datasets). We collate the data and import it into MySQL, which is convenient for subsequent use. User interface development mainly depends on HTML, CSS, JAVASCRIPT. When adding functional components, we choose PHP to achieve search, download, etc. Last but not least, we test and maintain the website as a whole.
