The AntiDMPpred tool is a predictor that can be used to foretell if the query peptides might be anti-diabetic bioactive peptides.

Pay attention: the threshold of the probability value to distinguish between predicted positives and negatives (tp) ranges from 0 to 1. The tp is set to 0.5 automatically. By default, a peptide will be predicted to be an anti-diabetic peptide if the predicted probability is 0.5 or higher. Users can modulate the tp according to their own needs. For instance, users should set a lower tp if they do not care about false positives. On the contrary, they should increase the tp to 0.95, for example, if their purpose is to discover novel anti-diabetic bioactive peptides with greater confidence.
