The PTBD (Pulmonary Tuberculosis Diagnosis) model was developed and validated comprehensively and independently using this dataset. The dataset comprises a total of 33 datasets, which were obtained using five profiling methods and 15 platforms. After deduplication, the dataset includes 2792 samples from 16 countries, with participants ranging in age from children to adults.
