Assay Description: | The inhibitory activity of peptides against HCoV-OC43 replication in the RD cell line was measured as previously reported (PMID: 30989115). Diluted peptides and HCoV-OC43 (100 TCID50) were incubated at 37 °C. After 30 min, mixed solutions containing diluted peptides and HCoV-OC43 were added to RD cells in a 96-well plate. After 3 days, the cytopathic effect was measured with a Cell Counting Kit-8 (CCK-8) assay. |
